Senior User Interface Designer  

As a Senior User Interface Designer, you’ll rely on user-centered design methods to transform design concepts into beautiful, innovative, and inspiring products that people love to use. Conducting benchmarking and visual design research will be your day to day activities, as well as tapping into user insights from research and analytics teams. As we believe that design is a team sport, you will regularly collaborate with cross-functional teams, proactively gather context, exchange ideas to develop creative solutions that match the overall objectives and goals.

• Ensuring that our user experience remains delightful and industry leading, while maintaining a cohesive modern aesthetic in all design elements
• Understanding of different user segments and its priorities in using our app
• Oversee the works, train and coach more junior designers
• Accountable for the design impact, present, defend, and getting stakeholders’s buy in
• Plan, execute and analyse usability testing sessions
• Concepting and designing micro interactions
• Produce necessary outputs, and effectively communicate design specifications to engineer
• Troubleshoot design related issues during development process.

Job Requirements:

• 3 years+ of work experience in product design or user experience projects
• Portfolio that showcases strong visual design skill, application of Human Centered Design methodologies, and UI best practices
• Proven ability in designing for at least 2 of these platforms: android, iOS or responsive website
• Good familiarity with at least one of the design standards and technologies, (i.e. Android’s Material Design and iOS’s Human Interaction Guideline, DHTML)
• Have a high curiosity and playfulness with tendency towards experimentation
• Comfortable in fast paced environment that embrace ambiguity
• Comfortable using Figma, Miro, prototyping and cloud-based remote testing tools
• Fluency in English communication (verbal and written).
