Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead for our healthcare app (Medifi). The candidate will be responsible for developing, managing and executing Medifi's marketing campaigns across all digital platforms.
- Develop strategies and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of the company
- Implement strategies for different marketing campaigns
- Manage organization’s website
- Track the website traffic flow and provide internal reports regularly
- Work on SEO of the website pages
- Drive website traffic/ mobile app installs and acquire leads
- Optimize content for the website, mobile app, and social networking channels
- Attend networking events and product launches
- Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure that the brand is in front of industry developments
- Promote company’s product and services in the digital space.
- Execute digital and social media efforts to improve KPIs
- Create and execute SMS, mobile, and email-based marketing campaigns.
- Nurture leads using marketing automation
- Manage and execute online paid advertisements
- Enhance brand awareness in the digital space
- Measure site traffic, identify and evaluate new digital technologies and optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display & search advertising using web & mobile analytics tools
- Work closely with the marketing team and other departments
- Ensure that marketing deliverables are on time and meet deadlines
- Meet company objectives and goals
- Other duties assigned by the marketing manager

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (English)
- Project management
- Knowledgeable in using Google Tag Manager & other digital marketing tools
- With at least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- With at least 1 year of experience in managing a team
- Work experience in the healthcare industry or startup is a plus
- Willing to work in Chino Roces Ext. Makati
