Team: You will join a team of energetic professionals who are heavily invested in providing a top-notch research and support experience to our clients. You will gain broad knowledge in financial markets, and develop an expertise on an array of tools used for valuation, analysis, ideation and productivity.

By honing your expertise on the product and data we offer, and developing a deep understanding of our clients’ needs, you will be in the best position to recommend the most efficient and effective ways of maximizing the product. Additionally, you will be responsible for relaying client feedback and insights to our product and content teams to maintain our quality and relevance.

Responsibilities:
The Capital IQ Desktop Client Services team is responsible for the following:
- Ensure round-the-clock quality research and support for our clients.
- Be client advocates and create the best possible resolution to client inquiries.
- Develop strong relationships with clients by providing reliable solutions and recommending ways and means for them to maximize our tools.
- Be a channel for client feedback. We coordinate with our Content and Product Management team to resolve client inquiries. We also help our content teams develop accuracy by providing real-time client feedback. Additionally, we echo our clients’ ideas and feedback to our Product Management team to make sure that we stay relevant to the market.
Minimum Qualifications
What We Are Looking For:
Basic Qualifications:
- Graduates of any four-year degree course
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English)
- Detail-oriented and possesses strong critical thinking skills
- Exhibits a growth mindset and aptitude for learning new skills
- Basic knowledge of finance, the financial market, and our company.
- Morning and/or Afternoon shift. Flexible to work on varying shifts. (Shifts may include weekend and holidays)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in Finance
- Experience in customer support in the same industry
- Adaptable to rapid change
- Provides and accepts constructive feedback
- Willing to lead projects and stretch assignments
