Job Description
The Role: The Specialist will assist Global Commercial teams on various economic and administrative aspects of order processing, including submitting renewal and NBS quotes, drafting/amending contracts, handling general queries related to new sales and renewal opportunities/quotes, liaising with OM, Commercial Analytics, Legal, and Client Relations teams on behalf of RM/Sales.
The Team: COPS enable complex transactions and seek to maximize revenue by driving productivity and creating efficiencies across the Global Commercial Team. We are responsible for assisting relationship managers and other internal departments. We enjoy an interesting position within the organization, and are continuously growing as we integrate our operations with other departments to provide assistance to an ever-increasing list of individuals and departments
The Impact: By assisting internal partners and existing customers, you will be driving revenue for the existing book of business & building efficiency for the commercial organization.

Responsibilities:
- You will be required to price new sale and renewal opportunities in Salesforce
- You will be required to draft contracts for new sale and renewal using a create a contract (CAC) tool within Salesforce
- Assisting internal partners in fixing net renewal rate (NRR) and help with data clean up, and UAT
- Create gratis access cases for clients during price negotiations or contract renewal process
- Being a member of the client order process team, you will collaborate with different departments such as order management, CRM, Sales Analytics, fulfillment, Cash apps and collections to resolve client issues
Minimum Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience specializing in customer service, contract management, order management, lead generation, collections, and related roles.
- Deep understanding of and proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and powerpoint
- Experience of working and reporting with Salesforce (or similar CRM tool) will be a huge plus
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be diligent, have a positive mindset, great work ethic and self-motivation
- Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision

- Must be willing to work in Makati.
