Job Description

The Role: Contract Support responsibilities are to provide assistance to sales with data entry and administrative activities supporting the up-front new sale and renewal management process. Ensure the timely and accurate processing of contracts post client acceptance of commercial proposal. Improve accuracy in revenue reflected in sales pipeline and forecast through order management and reconciliation. Manage pro-active communication to Sales Reps to ensure renewal contracts are reviewed and reconciled prior to invoicing. Assist to trouble shoot all customer queries on invoices and product fulfillment. Acts as a lesion between sales and OM review team to ensure smooth order processing.

The Location: Silver City 2, Pasig City 1604, Manila, Philippines

The Team: You will be part of a diverse and growing team in Manila for S&P Platts, one of the divisions of S&P Global

The Impact: This project will be for 6 months and will have a direct involvement in ensuring the quality and accuracy of order entry, invoicing, collections and overall end-to-end Order-To-Cash process for S&P Platts

Responsibilities:

  • Perform contract data entry into SFDC for Platts quote creation of large subscriptions
  • Generate required contractual documents (SA, MSA, Affiliates Rider etc.) ensuring compliance with Platts pricing and legal rules
  • Processes monthly renewals per policy and communication to Sales Team
  • Reconcile Renewal Pricing for Sales subscription review
  • Apply business renewal rules – YoY price adjustments, analytics pricing terms
  • Track status of cases to ensure smooth transaction processing from quote creation to fulfillment
  • Monitor escalations from OM to sales. Gather response or clarity from sales for prompt completion
  • Assist sales with client resolutions to questions concerning products, billing, account/contract status, change of address, cancellation requests, refund requests, and all pertinent queries
  • Providing the highest level of contract management support to Platts sales
  • 100% adherence to Salesforce.com and adoption of all service procedures that provides Platts and the business partners with comprehensive and actionable solutions-oriented metrics.
  • Meet or exceed business SLA’s and business process requirements through effective prioritization and timely problem resolution.
  • Work across Platts organization to resolve any sales contract management issues in a timely manner
  • Document all activities, communication and progress in SFDC
  • Completes other assignments as required and/or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Intermediate level of computer skills and proficiency in MS Office software.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Ability to determine solutions for customers and get the “big-picture” view of the client contract
  • Demonstrate initiative.
  • Organizational effectiveness skills.
  • Clear written and oral communication skills.
  • Understanding of when to escalate if guidelines are not met
  • The incumbent should have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and remain cognizant of deadlines and schedules.
  • Must be thorough, detail-oriented, organized & able to perform with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changeable environment
  • Ability to quickly master new technologies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience. Background in order management and data processing is preferred.
  • 1 – 2 years of related work experience or related degree.
  • Strong English speaking skills required (orally and in writing)
  • Flexibile to work in a project-based employment (6 months)
  • Work overtime as needed during the month end close.
  • Flexible schedule to meet important deadlines.
  • Occasional work on Manila Holidays may be required
