Sales Coordinator (Stock Checking and Field Operations)
Position Overview:
The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and monitoring stock
levels of our products in various malls and shops. This position requires frequent
field visits to different retail locations, conducting inventory checks, and providing
insightful ratings on product positioning within the stores. The Sales Coordinator will
report directly to the Sales Manager and work closely with the sales team to ensure
optimal stock availability and visibility in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Stock Monitoring: Regularly visit assigned malls and shops to check stock levels of our products, ensuring sufficient inventory is available to meet demand.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate inventory counts, reconciling physical stock with recorded data, and promptly report any discrepancies to the Sales Manager.
- Store Evaluation: Assess and rate the presentation and positioning of our products in each shop visited, ensuring they are prominently displayed and attractively showcased.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel, promoting collaboration and effective communication.
- Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by ensuring stock availability and timely replenishment, coordinating with relevant departments as needed.
- Data Reporting: Compile detailed reports on stock levels, inventory discrepancies, and store ratings, and submit them regularly to the Sales
- Manager for analysis and decision-making.
- Market Insights: Collect valuable market intelligence, such as competitor activity, customer preferences, and feedback from store personnel, and communicate relevant findings to the Sales Manager.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively address stock-related issues, such as out-of-stock situations or slow-moving products, by collaborating with the sales team and implementing appropriate solutions.

College graduate (Business Management or any course)

Prior experience in sales coordination, stock management, or field operations preferred

Strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently cover
multiple locations and manage inventory records -
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in conducting stock checks and
maintaining inventory data -
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with
store personnel -
Analytical mindset to evaluate store product positioning and provide
meaningful ratings and recommendations -
Proficient in using inventory management software, MS Excel, and other
relevant tools -
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a
dynamic field-based environment -
Can drive motorcycle
