Business Development Specialist  

A. Main Responsibility :

• Supervising Business Development Current Project & Roadmap
• Increase achievement of sales & B2B client’s number
• Establish Connections, Leads and Prospects for new and current opportunities
• Analyse potential B2B partners (Research, Data Collections, and Mapping)
• Develop potential B2B Opportunities to achieve new revenue streams
• Supervising B2B Project to achieve successful collaboration and revenue target goals
• Conduct Daily Activity with Checklist, based on Strategic Roadmap
• Create Weekly report based on checklist progress and roadmap
• Collaborate with other team to achieve successful B2B Collaboration

B. General Administration Responsibility :

• Support B2B Clients for administrative & operational requirements.
• Support Operational team for administrative & operational documents related to B2B Collaboration
• Ensure all conversations, decisions, commitments, and changes are documented, communicated and shared with all relevant teams

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Discipline
• 5+ years’ work experience and at least 3 years in business development role, in Healthcare related industry, preferred in either Hospital, Insurance, TPA, Pharmaceutical Industries, or Digital healthcare.
• Experience in Tender Project, Group/Corporate Sales, or any B2B Collaboration project
• Having experience in Project Supervision, coordinating and communicating with multiple teams.
• Networks of B2B clients and Partners
• Microsoft Office Skill to achieve best possible communication and presentation to B2B Clients
• Excellent interpersonal and client management skills including communication skills, both oral and written (English and Indonesian).
