Cikal is a community of lifelong learners which has been established since 1999. For about 20 years, Cikal has believed that education is about being successful in life, beyond schooling. Cikal realises that the way we generate the outstanding children and prepare them for a big challenge in the future, is by unfolding their potential, and building their fine competencies and characters since today. Also we nurture our children’s greatness by using personalized approach supported with digital integration. We are born to make a difference through everything we do, and for every member of our community - educators and staff, students, and parents - in every single day with Cikal 5 Stars Competencies. By implementing Cikal 5 Stars Competencies, we put knowledge, skills, and attitudes as well as concepts into practices and actions.These 5 Stars are: 1. Self-regulated learner 2. Emotionally, spiritually and morally rich 3. Skillful and an effective thinker 4. Broadminded and physically sound 5. Empowering member of just, sustainable and peaceful global society Until today, we already have 10 campus sites, including Rumah Main Cikal and Sekolah Cikal, and have impacted to more than 700 communities all over Indonesia through Kampus Guru Cikal. While we keep going on a rapid expansion in the near future, we are looking for talents to contribute and be an important part of us.
