- To support a company’s customer service activities by directing and overseeing team members, resolving customer questions or complaints, and developing programs and procedures to enhance productivity and performance.
Job Description
- Overseeing & Monitoring Members in the department.
- Resolving complaints, inquiries and answering questions of the customer.
- Developing programs and systematize the process to enhance the productivity and performance of the associates and reach the target goal of the company.
- Help in delivering outstanding customer support and develop/maintain customer relationships.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Has a solid 2 - 3 years of experience in managing/supervising CSR Department;
- A graduate of any Bachelor's Degree;
- Relevant training and workshop may be required;
- Familiarization in B2B Membership / Subscription Sales Process
