Job Description
- For up to PhP 60k in base pay with travel to Australia for training, the successful Sales candidates for Luxico.com.au are experienced, enthusiastic, diligent and fluent in spoken English. They are tenacious but have pleasing personalities and can convert sales and deliver against revenue targets.
- Travel agents will direct inquiries through you and you'll be building relationships along the way. You are the primary point of contact for guests and trade agents who come to Luxico.com.au with accommodation needs for our Australian property portfolio. You will chase down leads and close deals. You will monitor property performance to maximize occupancy.
- We believe in a consultative, bespoke and inspiring manner of sales that's moved forward by prompt response times and efficient follow up.
- Schedule: Mid shift 3 pm to 12 am, Saturday to Wednesday, 10% Night Diff
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluent Spoken English
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Great communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Accountability because this is a pioneer account
- Willingness to work long hours or shift schedules as needed
- At least 5 years of work experience preferably in Sales
