Job Description
- Analyzes vessels' voyages and prepares billing computation (freight, demurrage or dispatch);
- Monitors movement of vessels;
- Prepares and submits reports required by clients and upper management such as vessels' cargo voyage analysis, (loss/gain) inspection report, etc.;
- Determines vessel ROB and orders fuel for vessel engines' consumption on a complete voyage;
- Reports to Charterer for voyage schedule, vessels' status, and vessels' requirements;
- Coordinate between the Charterer and Ship Management in executing and monitoring of compliance requirements (i.e. audit/survey/inspection. reports, etc.).
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or BS Business Management.
- Must be computer literate in programs such as Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD;
- Willing to do field works;
