Job Description
- Will be responsible for monitoring the ROPAX construction and assisting the surveyor during the inspection. He/she will monitor the requests for the material and delivery.
- Study design proposals and specifications to establish basic characteristics of ship
- Design entire ship hulls, following safety standards
- Evaluate how ships performs during trials, both at dock and at sea, change designs as needed to make sure national and international standards are met
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering
- At least 1 year relevant working experience
- Knowledgeable in shipbuilding
- Knowledgeable in autocad or equivalent
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
