Job Description
- Directly coordinates with Operations leads to determine needs for process documentation on New and Existing processes
- Directly works with Governance Team to align status of controlled documents
- Documents the end to end process and immediately identifies gaps for possible improvement projects
- Communicates directly with operations on current and future state of processes
- Coordinates/collaborates with Knowledge Management Governance Team in a timely manner for an organized cascade of process changes
- Collects all documents for documentary control and KM Governance updating
- Communicates project timelines/execution priorities
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
- At least 2 yrs. experience preferably in e-commerce/supply chain/logistics
- Experienced in process analysis and design
- Outstanding critical-thinking, communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferably certified in Lean Six Sigma methodology
- Results driven & customer-centric attitude
- Adept in MS Office especially in MS Visio
