Job Description
- Delivering soft skill training (Motivating Others, Giving Feedback, Coaching, Self-Development, Self-Confidence, Leadership, Safety Riding, etc )
- Liaising with Managers to schedule training programs for all staff
- Working closely with Managers to identify areas of improvement and trainings required
- Having creativity to arrange for activities to boost learning
- Improving training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques
- Setting targets and ensuring the team achieves the training targets for the year
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree from reputable university
- At least 3 years of experience in adult education, L&D, training and coaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understands basic safety riding course to increase awareness and knowledge of employee about good riding procedure in order for safety on the road & while working
- Extroverted personality with ability to capture participants’ attention, influence and convince them of certain changes needed
- Positive and energetic outlook, able to motivate others
- Experience in guiding and supervising other team members
- Passion for training and education
