Job Description
- Responsible for continuous improvement in Fraud department
- Identify the problem and propose a solution
- Run adhoc projects
- Responsible for the end-to-end quality product improvement
- Analyze possible fraud in new process, new campaign, new system, new way of working
- Conduct periodical review of fraud parameter
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 (three) years experience in the Financial or Banking Industry
- Preferably have consulting experience
- Strong analytical and logical thinking
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to details and organizational skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a fast pace.
