Job Description
- Working closely and assisting category manager for the Men Clothes & Sports category growth
- Define, implement and execute the business development/growth strategy for the category
- Developing online merchandising and promotion proposals to achieve sales targets
- Retain and optimize key account relationships to drive overall sales volumes. This can be done by ensuring pricing competitiveness, assortment, stock availability of key merchants within the category
- Continuously analyse the internal and external environment to ensure that the Category under management remains highly competitive vis-a-vis the market
- Identify, establish and grow other local strategic partnerships
Minimum Qualifications
- Ideally 4-5 years of working experience preferably in business development, sales or account management
- Strong analytical acumen and ability to generate and evaluate analysis
- Superb business acumen with a desire to manage your own business
- Experience in the e-commerce or electronics industry is a plus
- Driven and motivated
- Previous management and leadership experience
- Excellent communication capability in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good team player, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn
- Have a passion for the e-commerce industry
