Job Description
- Responsible for leading & developing the team, as well as do several business activites such as performance tracking, evaluating, reporting, and come up with project improvements
- Oversee overall work flow / process and give inputs to improve performance & risk / compliance aspects
- Liaise with respected internal/external parties to ensure all performance parameters go in accordance with target & risk PR compliance
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from all majors
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Collection Supervisor
- Prior experience in the Collection field from Digital Lending, Banking, or BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) companies
- Strong leadership & team development, data-driven, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge in collection process and legality and compliance
- Candidate with active AFPI/APPI or relevant certification will be an advantage
