Job Description
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Develop low-fidelity wireframes and design mockups that clearly illustrate how the application would function and look like
- Work with our graphic design team to incorporate the visual identity of Shopee into features
- Together with Customer Experience team, perform usability tests on mockups to improve user experience on the product
- Iterate design based on the user research result and feedback
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven work 1-2 year experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of design projects, preferably with focus on mobile application design
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
- Experience in designing and iterating on mobile apps
- Quantitative and user behavior analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding Sketch App, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or InDesign skills
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
