Job Description
- Manage and have good communication with Korean Sellers in either English or Korean (mainly written)
- Handle customer inquiries from buyers
- Manage and resolve customer relation issues and escalations
- Do quality check for product translation. Make sure the product description are all great and easy to understand.
- Be the voice of customers to provide feedback to the company
- Other ad hoc projects may be given due to business needs
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience on this job, as a freelancer or full time - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in both Korean and English is a must
- Have a good sense on the different between localization and translation
- Should be comfortable with MS-Office and have a good typing skill
- Able to work in team and have a good social skill
