Job Description
- Create and sustain positive employee relations programs and best practices
- Analyze, diagnose, design and revise people programs and practices to maintain positive
- employee relations
- Increase Employee retention
- Create CSR programs
- Plan annual calendar for various events and liaise with relevant parties to ensure successful roll-out of the events
- Be in close touch with the people on the ground and conduct surveys to be aware of people’s sentiment and concerns
- Propose effective and sustainable ways of addressing people’s concerns
- Manage a clear and effective communication system between the company and her people
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum a Bachelor Degree from a well-recognized university
- Prior experience specializing in Employee Relations is a must
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multinational environment
- Ability to supervise, lead and guide team members
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English, both oral and written
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities within a high-pressure environment
