Job Description

The client is a global company that requires a hands-on full stack .NET technical team lead for managing a small but growing AGILE team of .NET developers. Reporting directly to the Global CTO, the team lead will be responsible for delivery of sprint work as required by the implementation team based in Australia. The team lead will lead, mentor and assist developers and be the primary contact point for day to day activities of the development team including running AGILE rituals and implementing best practice development methodology.

Responsibilities

Managing sprint work
Managing AGILE rituals
Writing code in .NET (VB and C#), React.js, and many other technologies
Writing unit tests
Clarifying requirements with Implementation team
Performance management of the team
Using new technologies and best practice

Technology Stack

Client Technology uses a diverse array of programming languages including .NET, PHP, Java, React.js, Angular.js and many others, however this role is primarily .NET (VB and C#) and React.js. There are many opportunities to use other languages and toolsets across many aspects of the business including hardware and mobile applications.

Minimum Qualifications

Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
5+ years as a developer
Team lead/Management experience
Certifications (highly regarded)
