Job Description
- Monitor dropshipper accounts for costs and weekly payouts
- Preparation of sales reports
- Issuance of sales invoices/official receipts
- Perform sales audit as needed
- Various administrative tasks as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of accounting, financial management, business administration, bookkeeping, or other similar/related courses
- Detail-oriented
- Disciplined
- CPA passer
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience in using accounting software a plus
- 1-3 years of work experience is a plus; a must for bookkeeping work
- Experienced in either monitoring of accounts receivables and collections OR in bookkeeping work
