Job Description
- Promotes employee engagement
- Handle and mediate employee disputes and develop programs to promote employee retention
- Responsible for resignation and termination procedures, as well as potential legal matters related to employee filing lawsuits against the company
- Facilitates the DAM (Disciplinary Action Memos) to concerned department heads
- Issuance of excessive Tardiness Memos (monthly) including the consolidation of the DTR
- Sending of notice to DOLE - Facilitation and preparation of DOLE letter and establishment report (GIPI/MCWC/PCI/UCFC/SPICA)
- Prepare ER weekly and monthly report
- Ensures company compliance with DOLE rules and regulations
- Provide Assistance to ER activities
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree, in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent
- Preferably 1-2 year/s' experience in employee relations
- Familiarity with the Philippine Labor Code
- Can multitask and work under pressure
- Amenable working in Ortigas, Pasig on a day shift
