Business Development Officer  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducts field ocular of potential expansion locations
• Checks and/or inquires on potential sites from locals or lessors that is acceptable with management
• Documents sites with pictures and measurements
• Conducts due diligence on the sites considered for rent/lease
• Works within the updated rental/lease standards of the company
• Liaises and negotiates with potential lessors
• Assists in the negotiations with potential lessors
• Creates site reports and endorses potential sites to the Regional Manager/s and the BDG-PBM
• Surveys and consolidates prevailing rental/lease rates in the areas
• Assists JPL on their queries, issues, and concerns with regards to their potential site endorsements
• Takes charge on the negotiations of the properties that are for lease - sites that don’t have any structure included or are makeshift or dilapidated
• Complies with the set rules and regulations of the company
• Completes any other task as may be assigned by management

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Economics, Property Development, Real Estate Management or any business related course
• At least three (3) years of working experience in the same capacity
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• No adverse record, whether proven or not, involving corruption, bribery, dishonesty or misappropriation of funds in any organization or office
• Proficient in G Suite Applications
• Fluent in English and Tagalog and/or Bisaya. Chinese language is a plus
