Job Description
The Organizational Development Associate assists in design, development, and implementation of pertinent Organizational Development intervention, policies, and procedures concerning Organizatinal Development Programs. The associate will also be handling an array of clerical jobs to support these initiatives and assist and manage employee activities assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Psychology, Human/Organizational Behavior, Industrial/Organizational Development or any relevant field pertaining to HR/OD.
- At least 1-year relevant work experience in OD, HR or Talent Management.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite Applications.
- With basic knowledge and experience in Organizational Development.
- Above average communication and analytical skills; basic project management.
- Preferably with experience/ knowledge in coaching methods, team development, and organizational culture development.
- Has a background in Performance management, Job Analysis; knowledge on succession planning and workforce planning is advantageous.
