Business Development Manager  

• Focuses on managing accounts. Hunt new accounts and farm/grow existing accounts

• Is the single point of contact with accounts for all aspects of the business (Budgeting, planning, New loads, Invoicing, collection, escalations, claims, etc.)

• Manages up to 5 accounts & 5 Load coordinators depending on the workload of each account

• On-boards accounts to ensure that Loadme is formally registered with the account as vendor

• Develops & executes a robust plan of action to take over 80% to 100% of route shipments from competitors in corresponding accounts

• Full accountability 20% on each shipment and route

• Full Accountability for collections. Follows up and ensures timely collection of receivables

• Coordinates with Loadme internal functions for support (Training, Finance, etc.)

• Manages the day-to-day dynamics with his / her corresponding accounts. Ensure that all drivers and orders are updated on the Loadme Control Tower in real time

• Actively seeks market, industry and competitor intelligence and updates management on the same

• Updates required internal reports daily & monthly

• With bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Has a minimum of 3 years experience
• Microsoft office proficient
• Has strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Has the ability to manage complex tasks
