Job Description
- Supervises performance of tasks and strict compliance of all personnel within the section
- Reviews accuracy and completeness of all output reports/schedules within the section and its timely submission
- Executes distribution of workload in case of absences
- Reviews monthly reports/schedules, submits the same to Financial Reporting for validation, and updates submission status in the system monitoring
- Participates on the account analysis and organize simple templates to resolve issues noted
- Resolves minor/major issues within the section and reports critical ones to the Revenue Manager
- Recommends possible process and/or performance improvement based on noted issues
- Represents the section in regular or special meetings of the department
- Assesses Key Result Areas (KRAs) of the section and submits the results to the Assistant Manager
- Conducts regular team meetings and counseling within the section
- Participates in end user training of the Finance Department
- Represents the section/Finance Department in meetings related to the section's procedures requested by other departments
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, or Finance.
- Over 3 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good leadership skills
- Demonstrates good judgment or analytical ability to deal with different matters (technical projects, etc.)
- Must be very detail-oriented so as to avoid the possibility of errors and serious loss
- Demonstrates interpersonal skills for giving/receiving information and interacting with clients/employees
- Knowledgeable, or familiar with, MS Office or Google Suite
