Branch Manager  

The Branch Manager leads the branch for a smooth and effective operation by providing proper and honest guidance, motivation, and support to his/her subordinates in their day-to-day activities. The position is also responsible for securing profitability as well as expanding market share of the company in their respective areas by maintaining impeccable reputation, while enforcing strict compliance on the policies set forth by the company.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business course
• Over 3 years of relevant working experience in Sales and/or Collection or any related field
• Preferably with at least 2 years of continuous aggregate employment service in the company for the last 3 years
• With superb communication skills in English, Tagalog, and his/her dialect
• Willingness to travel or be assigned on different areas from time to time where his/her expertise will be required
• With valid driver’s license and knows how to ride a motorcycle
• No adverse records, whether proven or not involving corruption, bribery, dishonesty or misappropriation of funds in any organization or office
• Must be a team player and dedicated to improving the esprit de corps anchored on the principle of mutual respect
• Demonstrates good judgment or analytical ability to deal with highly technical projects
• Must be very detail-oriented so as to avoid the possibility of errors and serious loss
• Demonstrates outstanding interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and managing employees
