Job Description
- The Service Desk Supervisor is the point of contact for IT technical support to users,
- Responsible to supervise the IT Service Desk team,
- Meet the target service level agreement committed, and;
- Provide excellent customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate with a bachelor’s degree
- More than 3 years of relevant working experience in IT
- Knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other IT equipments
- Able to create instruction manuals and meaningful documentation
- Knowledgeable in using an ITSM ticketing software
- ITIL v.3 certification is a plus
- Demonstrates good judgment or analytical ability to deal with technical projects
- Keen to detail to avoid errors and probable loss
- Demonstrates interpersonal skills for giving/receiving information and interacting with clients
