Job Description
- In charge of account management and sourcing of new clients to contribute to the digital ad sales of the company.
- Meet with new and existing clients and hit the monthly targets of the Department.
- Come up with strategies to entice corporate clients to get Digital Ads in The SM Store.
- Responsible in preparing sales report, monitoring interest rate, follow up receivables, ensure collection for unpaid accounts and align with Branch Accounting.
- Coordinates with internal stakeholders on a regular basis for the digital ads requirements and implementation of the special project.
- In charge of drafting quotation / proposal, internal memo, conforme and MOA for new clients.
- Responsible in dealing with customer complaints regarding LFD, Videowall, Dropdown, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years relevant experience in Sales, Management or Marketing
- With outstanding leadership, interpersonal and people management skills
- Able to conceptualize and implement attainable sales and marketing strategies
- With proven track record in sales and customer service
- Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours
- Willing to travel within Metro Manila area
