Job Description

  • Assists the Office Manager in the performance of general administrative tasks
  • Assists in the orderly scheduling of transportation and meetings
  • Oversees office supply inventory replenishment
  • Handles the management of records
  • Coordinates with vendors and other third parties
  • Ensures that all incoming and outgoing correspondence are attended to in a timely manner
  • Performs other relevant tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent planning skills
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • At least 2 years prior administrative experience
  • Attention to detail and strong work ethic
