Job Description
- Assists the Office Manager in the performance of general administrative tasks
- Assists in the orderly scheduling of transportation and meetings
- Oversees office supply inventory replenishment
- Handles the management of records
- Coordinates with vendors and other third parties
- Ensures that all incoming and outgoing correspondence are attended to in a timely manner
- Performs other relevant tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent planning skills
- Strong communication and writing skills
- At least 2 years prior administrative experience
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
