Job Description
- Help in reconciling payments.
- Assist in warehouse process reconciliations
- Account for reconciliations such as financial, inventory control, order, billings, etc.
- Generate reports
- Support general concerns about reconciliation
- Proactively monitor and check existing reconciliation process and suggests improvements
- Process and check appropriate claims or escalations for disputed orders, billings and payment such as claims for third-party logistics and internal teams
- performs task that is assign from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance /Accounting
- Minimum 2 - 4 years work experience in accounting and claims
- Preferably with experience in general ledger input and maintenance
- Able to use Excel file properly
