Job Description
- Asset Recording - Maintain records of all assets of the Company including vehicles, offices, furnitues and equipment on all areas of the Company
- Franchise Processing - Ensure the timely processing of LTO permits, LTFRB franchise and DOT accreditation of all revenue vehicles of the Company
- Insurance Processing - Ensure the timely processing of the most cost-beneficial insurance policies for the Company's assets such as vehicles and properties
- Liaisonship - Be responsible on acting as Company Liaison by actually going to the various government agencies from time to time to process the required documents and maintain good relationship with the concerned offices
- Others - perform other admin tasks from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- At least College Graduate
- With at least 3 years minimum working experience
- Preferably with Office work Experience
- Preferably with experience on processing of permits and insurances
- Preferably with experience dealing with Government agencies such as LTO and LTFRB
- Savvy with MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
