Job Description
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client goals and objectives.
- Develop and present customized digital marketing strategies.
Project Management:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
Strategic Planning:
- Provide strategic guidance on digital marketing initiatives, including website development, SEO, and analytics.
- Develop innovative solutions to address client challenges and achieve their goals.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and analysts.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
Technical Understanding:
- Possess a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and technologies.
- Be able to provide strategic input on technical aspects of projects, such as website architecture and SEO optimization.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in Project Management and Client Handling
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing).
- Understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, CMS).
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
- Able to multitask and work thoroughly
- Have a good communication skill and adaptable
- Highly committed on work result and target
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
