Job Description
- Liases with different government and private agencies in which the company is dealing with (e.g. permits, clearances, and license)
- Prepares and collects documents needed for the application of various permits and licenses from different agencies
- Manages workflow and ensures timely and accurate delivery of output
- Prepares and modifies documents including correspondences, reports, drafts, memos; and emails documents needed when necessary
- Secures necessary permits, clearances, and licenses promptly
- Prepares budget projections and expenses to be incurred in securing documents from different agencies
- Provides general administrative and clerical support (e.g. filing, sorting, distribution of important correspondence)
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Has at least 6 months work experience in the stated tasks
- Must be organized, flexible, and can multi-task
- Full-time position; must be willing to work in Davao (note: applicants shall be processed in St. Luke's Medical Center, Quezon City for now)
