Job Description
- An executive assistant is commonly found answering phones,
- Screening visitors,
- Making travel arrangements,
- Preparing reports, filing and organizing documents, recording meeting minutes
- Performing basic bookkeeping tasks
- Assist the top management/ Executives of the organization
Minimum Qualifications
- A 4 year graduate of any course
- Experience dealing with Exectuives is a plus
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
