Job Description
- Foster good interdepartmental relationships
- Create dashboards, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports on Patient Experience
- Create good presentations of data analytics to the different stakeholders
- Monitoring of KPIs and KRA
- Create and implement improvement plans
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience as a Customer/Patient Experience Supervisor or Manager
- Must have background/experience in Data Analytics and/or Statistics
- Master's Degree is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English and Filipino
- Skilled in Windows-based and Microsoft office applications
- Excellent people management, leadership and decision-making skills
