Job Description
- Responsible for performing the entire end-to-end training process in the corporate learning and development setting.
- Facilitate training programs, conducting training sessions, doing technical analysis on training needs assessment, designing or improving training modules among many other related responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a college graduate of any four (4) year course; preferably, Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, Human Resources Management, Hospitality, any Health science course or other related courses
- Work experience in doing training needs analysis, research, events, training design and presentations are an advantage
- Experience in designing and creating training modules is a big advantage
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City
