Job Description
- Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department
- Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
- Leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing services
- Deepen relationships with all media and organization to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization
- Responsible for working with executives to determine budgets and targets
- Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback
- Analysing potential strategic partner relationship for company marketing
- Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communication
- Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials
- Design print ads and publications
- Gather and analyze customer insight
- Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share
- Take calculated risks based on data-driven analytics
- Maintain effective internal communication to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed or marketing objectives
Minimum Qualifications
- At least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Required Skill(s): Marketing, Business, Advertising, Project Management, Analytical, Leadership, Communication
- Preferably Manager specialized in Advertising/Media Planning/Public Relation or equivalent.
- Confident and dynamic personality
- Strong creative outlook
- Intimate understanding of emerging marketing channels
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Budget-management skills and proficiency
- Able to monitor and develop the team
- Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc
