Job Description
- Provide help desk support, consult, and solve problem user
- Assist user in setting up & troubleshooting (software / hardware)
- Provide and maintain IT Equipment for new and existing employee (laptop, printer, monitor, etc)
- Help to create standard IT Equipment in Stoqo
- Involve in continuous improvement projects
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree from information technology / information system
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
- Understand basic infra (LAN, Firewall, WAN, etc)
- Understand the latest tech
- Programming skill is a plus
- Good logical and problem solving skill
- Able to multitask & work in fast-paced environment
