Social Media Manager  

Our Social Media Manager is responsible for supporting clients and the digital marketing team in executing paid Social Media and Google ads campaigns. Core functions include:

• Plan and execute Social Media Ads, Google Ads, and other paid digital channels, campaign structure and related processes within standards
• First class paid social media planning for assigned clients in the context of strategy and objectives briefed by client teams
• Thorough paid social media plan rationales for those clients and briefs requiring it
• Plan and manage paid social campaigns from start to finish including but not limited to campaign set-up, ongoing management, insight and analysis, financial management – ensuring deliverables are met on time and on budget
• Ensure best practice and innovation in all paid social activities
• Stay abreast of changes in the digital marketing landscape in particular as they relate to paid social media

He/She should be able to produce the following:

• Detailed and accurate social media plans
• Campaigns that are delivered on time and on budget in line with KPIs set
• Insightful reporting and analysis
• Financial accuracy

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Advertising, Mass Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Statistics, Business Administration, Communication Technology, Development Communication, Information Technology, and related courses
• At least 2 years working experience in digital marketing with focus on running paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of paid social landscape and has the ability to produce paid social media plans to a high standard with accompanying rationale
• Must be knowledgeable in using digital marketing apps and tools for Social Media and PPC e.g. Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Business Manager, YouTube, Twitter, HubSpot, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, etc.
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills
• Amenable to work remotely Monday-Friday on a UK shift (4pm-1am), but must also be flexible in changing schedules to support key clients when needed.
• Has stable internet connection
