As a Reports Analyst, you will provide support to Account Managers or senior optimizers in making sure that account requirements are being applied in a timely and accurate manner.
Core functions include;
- Collects data from various social media platforms and generates daily, weekly, and monthly reports for clients
- Creates creative and targeting analysis and provide optimization recommendation
- Performs reports enhancement and development
- Direct coordination with off-shore clients
- Responsible for updating and maintaining metric reports for different brands using advanced Microsoft excel reporting.
- Works closely with the social media analyst and off-shore counterparts to deliver the kind of reports that they can utilize for daily optimization of paid ads and client updates.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
- Helps in reporting bugs and inconsistencies in tools provided.
- Acts as an Excel or Dashboard expert for the team, and should be able to work with minimal supervision.
- May be assigned to perform other related duties from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / College Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Advertising/Media or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience using Excel with extensive knowledge of pivot tables, formulas, charting, etc.
- Intermediate to advanced level of experience in MS Excel
- Working experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Working experience building / mobilizing reports in MS Excel
- Can work well as part of a team; ability to work well across different levels
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills both written and verbal and can communicate across different levels within the organization
- Preferably with experience working in the US shift (9pm-6am)
- Has the capacity to work from home
