Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Advertising Sales Manager to join our growing Advertising Sales Team.
As a Digital Advertising Sales Manager, you:
- should be able to manage and oversee the sales growth and operations of your assigned brands and category;
- should be able to motivate your sales team in achieving both individual and team targets;
- should be able to formulate and effectively implement sales strategies in order to achieve set targets;
- must be a strong leader in a crossfunctional, collaborative working environment, able to get different teams with varying background to work towards the same goal;
- should be entrepreneurial and nimble, able to find solutions for a highly dynamic industry.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years extensive experience in advertising sales management, particularly in a DIGITAL landscape;
- Exposure and experience in handling Digital Advertising Sales & Marketing is a MUST;
- Excellent people management skills;
- Proven track record in achieving sales goals and targets;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
