Job Description
- Overseeing daily business operations. (Mengawasi jalannya operasi bisnis harian)
- Developing and implementing growth strategies. (Mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan strategi pertumbuhan)
- Training low-level managers and staff. (Bertanggung jawab atas pelatihan manager dan staff)
- Creating and managing budgets (Mengatur dan melakukan perhitungan bufget).
- Improving revenue. (Menaikkan pendapatan)
- Hiring employees. (Melakukan perekrutan)
- Evaluating performance and productivity. (Melakukan evaluasi atas pekerjaan dan produktivitas karyawan)
- Analyzing accounting and financial data. (Melakukan analisa atas data finansial dan akunansi)
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities. (Melakukan observasi dan dapat mengenali peluang perkembangan bisnis)
- Generating reports and giving presentations (Membuat laporan dan melakukan presentasi)
Minimum Qualifications
- Male or Female (Pria/Wanita)
- Strong analytical and planning skills (Memiliki skill perencanaan dan analisa yang baik);
- Good communication and presentation skills (Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan presentasi yang baik);
- Having experience / skill regarding logistics (Memiliki pengalaman atau kemampuan dalam bidang logistik)
- Excellent problem-solving skills (Memiliki kemampuan memecahkanj masalah);
- Min. 5 years experience (Minimal memiliki pengalaman selama 5 tahun)
- Able to make a quick and appropriate decision on urgent matters (Dapat mengambil keputusan yang cepat dan tepat dalam menghadapi masalah)
- Able to communicate in Mandarin are prioritized (Dapat berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Mandarin merupakan nilai tambah)
- Degree in Business Management or Masters in Business Administration (Memiliki gelar S1/S2 daklam administrasi bisnis atau manjemen).
- Good knowledge of different business functions (Memiliki wawasan luas dalam berbagai fungsi bisnis).
- Strong leadership qualities (Memiliki kulitas kepemimpinan).
- Highly organized.(Rapi dan Teratur)
- Strong work ethic. (Etika kerja tinggi)
- Good interpersonal skills.(Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal yang tinngi)
- Meticulous attention to detail. (Teliti dan perhatian atas detail)
- Computer literate. (Lancar dalam menggunakan komputer)

- Willing to be located outside Jakarta Area (Bersedia di tempatkan di luar kota)
