Job Description

This position is responsible for responding to all types of shared services inbound calls timely, accurately, professionally and courteously using the prescribed scripts and various Client Care systems.

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Resolves all types of clients’ shared services telephone inquiries consistently in a timely, accurate, professional and courteous manner using the various Client Care applications/tools and ensure Call Center service levels are met;
  • Resolves Client Care technology-related inquiries, generates T-PIN requests, validates Sun Link online and SunLife PH Mobile app registration concerns, resets passwords and facilitates Teleapplication requests.
  • Process address change, update contact information and card approval with 100% accuracy on agreed TAT
  • Facilitates clients’ various shared services requests/computations and ensures resolution of their complaints. Escalate as appropriate clients’ complaints beyond the scope
  • Provides consistent excellent “front-line” service over the phone
  • Logs all calls or update call logs in the SalesForce CRM system accurately, completely, concisely within 24 hours and immediately refer cases or requests beyond scope to the appropriate section/staff
  • Follows through unresolved/open referred SalesForce CRM cases following agreed TAT; coordinates with back-end support units all requests requiring changes and adjustments of clients record until case resolution
  • Sends required number of Client Feedback Surveys and get 95% average CSAT rating
  • Reports outliers encountered, capture and report frontline inputs and conserve policies/plans/ accounts

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Must have a Bachelor’s degree of at least a four-year course
  • Experience: With at least 1-year experience in any front-line function and/or BPO Call Center experience
