Project Delivery:
- Ensuring that the requirements provided by the IMs are complete and within the bounds of the project contract.
- Assigning, coordinating, and monitoring projects assigned to contractors.
- Organizing all requirements to be provided to designers, developers, and QA.
- Setting goals, coordinating with different teams as necessary, and ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of task/milestone delivery as agreed upon.
Communication and Reporting:
- Initiating and attending meetings that are vital for the completion of the project such as reaching out to IMs and SEO PMs.
- Attending weekly leadership calls together with the leadership team in the US, providing updates, raising issues, and providing solutions as necessary.
- Updating project monitoring sheets regularly on a daily basis and reporting individual status of projects to respective IMs.
- Providing clear instructions to the team and promoting a collaborative work environment.
Performance Management:
- Monitoring individual and team performance based on their KPIs.
- Recognizing and rewarding, and creating time to meet with them.
- Working closely with the Director in providing feedback, evaluation, and coaching to the staff to drive higher performance.
- Identifying training and development needs of the team, and coordinating it with the Director.
Product Development and Continuous Improvement:
- Identifying roadblocks in the process, and providing recommendations and initiatives.
- Ensuring that all guidelines are up to date based on current trends and needs.
Minimum Qualifications
Skills, Experience, And Qualifications
- College graduate, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or other related fields.
- With at least two (2) to three (3) years of professional experience in project management.
- Experienced in working with clients, developers, designers, and QA.
- Has a great understanding of project management principles
- Proficiency and competency in using MS Office applications and different project management tools.
Work Set-Up: Work From Home
Work Schedule: Night Shift (9:00PM to 6:00AM)
