Job Description
- Work with the web development team to ensure projects are delivered with quality.
- Work closely with key project stakeholders to ensure delivery of development projects that are on spec and on time.
- Involved in the full project lifecycle -- from planning to day to day operations, to delivery, and post-launch support.
- Effectively execute digital project requirements which includes but is not limited to websites and web applications
- Highly independent and shows initiative to get things done. This involves working with the creatives for web assets and researching on new technologies required for the project.
- Strong attention to detail, and must be able to translate artworks into websites.
- Consistently checks and provides progress reports of projects being led.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on software development and 2 years of management of front-end development teams.
- Must have a strong understanding of front-end development frameworks and technologies.
- Must have strong Agile project-management skills and proven track record for product delivery.
- Must have experience hardening web and mobile applications against security threats.
- Must have expertise in front-end optimization techniques, dynamic content retrieval, state management, accessibility techniques, device-portability strategies.
- Must have an understanding of RESTful web-architectures, Services Oriented Architecture and RDBMS (MySQL).
- Experience with high volume, customer-centric web and mobile applications, and commerce sites are highly desirable.
