Job Description
- Kunjungan ke customer sesuai dengan list dari Field Collection Team Leader
- Mengambil dana untuk pembayaran dari customer
- Mengecek ulang alamat rumah dan kantor customer
- Mengajukan eskalasi penanganan masalah kepada Field Collection Team Leader
- Membuat laporan hasil kunjungan dan laporan lain yang diperlukan
Minimum Qualifications
- Laki-laki usia maksimal 45 tahun
- Pendidikan minimal SMU dan sederajat
- Memiliki motor pribadi dan pemegang SIM C
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik
- Bersedia bekerja dengan target
- Familiar dengan area Bandung dan sekitarnya
