The Role

• You will be responsible for maintaining financial databases and spreadsheets.
• You will be responsible for the monitoring of invoices.
• You will assist in handling monthly organizational payroll remittances and reporting.
• You will be managing petty cash transactions and custodianship.
• You will be responsible in check disbursement.
• You will be recording the day to day financial transactions and completion of the posting process.

The Person

• You must have a degree in accounting or in any relevant field.
• You must have a solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
• You must have a High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• You must have top-notch ability to handle time pressure.
• You must have excellent communication skills.
• A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) License is an advantage.
