Job Description
- License application & maintaining existing licenses (company general license & company business license).
- Monitoring license regarding related to TaniHub projects.
- Involving in any meeting with related government.
- Provide support and assistance for dispute settlement and bad debts collections.
- Provide assistance and any related legal documents required for Company Certification Process such as:
- Application & Maintain Several Licenses Corporate Licenses: NIB, SIUP, NPWP, SKT, Sertifikat PSE, Izin Komersil: Total of 24 Licenses for TG, THI, TSI, TFMI, and TAV.
- Operation Licenses for operating companies TDG, Dokumen Lingkungan (SPPL/UKL-UPL), TDPUD Bahan-bahan pokok (Bapok), SIUP Cabang, NKV, K3, Izin Genset, Tanda Bukti Terdafar OJK, Izin reklame (signage): Total 88 Licenses for THI, TSI, and TSMI as the operating company
- Intelectual Property Maintaining and supervise the process of 15 trademark registration (existing) and any future registration in the future
- Site Diligence Documents Checklist 1. Tanda Daftar Gudang (TDG) 2. Surat Izin Usaha Perdagangan (SIUP) 3. Tanda Daftar Pelaku Usaha Distribusi BAPOK (TDPUD) 4. Nomor Kontrol Veteriner (NKV) 5. Izin Peruntukan Penggunaan Tanah (SIPPT/IPPT) 6. Hinder Ordonantie (HO) / Izin Gangguan 7. Izin Mendirikan Bangunan (IMB) 8. Keterangan Rencana Kota/Kabupaten (KRK) 9. Izin Lingkungan 10. Amdal/UKL-UPL/SPPL 11. Sertifikat Laik Fungsi (SLF) 12. Izin Pembuangan Limbah Cair (IPLC) 13. Izin Genset (Sertifikat Laik Operasi/Izin Operasi) 14. Izin Pemadaman Kebakaran / Sertifikat Proteksi Kebakaran 15. K3 (instalasi listrik/instalasi penangkal petir/hydrant/bejana tekan/dsb) 16. Surat Izin Pengambilan Air Tanah (SIPA) 17. B3 18. Minimum Qualifications
- Preferebly Male candidates
- Has experience Min. 3 years to handle licenses (company related)
- Min. Bachelor Degree graduated from Law Faculty
- Has good English, speaking and writing
- Has good communication skill, especially to external parties
- Has experience in Handling site diligence
- Has experience to communicate with government related to license
- Able to join immediately
